At LED86 we want to provide support in case your product is defective. For any warranty claims please submit a request HERE and we will reply as soon as possible. Please read the below information carefully to understand our warranty conditions.

Product Warranty

All LED86 products have a 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or product failures.

If you have an issue with one of our products please use the contact form HERE and we will reply as soon as possible to help diagnose a possible solution. You may be required to answer questions, assist and follow instructions during the diagnosis. If LED86 determines that your product is defective in material or functionality, LED86 will provide a replacement. If the product is discontinued we will replace it with a product of comparable value or performance.

Replacement shipping costs within the first 3 months are covered by LED86. After 3 months since time of purchase, any replacement shipping is covered by the customer.

In most cases warranty claims can be assessed with communication and photos/videos so the product is not needed to be returned but in the case where LED86 requires the product to be sent back the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs. In these situations LED86 will pay for the shipping cost on the replacement if deemed defective within 3 months of the purchase date.

Free Lifetime Support

We value your business, that’s why we provide free lifetime support and assistance to all customers. If your warranty has expired you will continue to receive this free service and we will assist you in determining a solution or possible alternative with one of our products.

Warranty Stipulations

All warranty periods are based on the original purchase date and time of contact for the warranty claim. All warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only. Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if we asses there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:

  • Improper installation or improper use, including using or installing any product in a manner not specified by LED86 or the product brand, or damage cause by improper installation.
  • Damage beyond the limits of “normal wear and tear”.
  • Repair service performed or attempted by an unauthorised party.
  • Purchase of items through any unauthorised dealer or party.

Modifications of our Products

We understand that some products may be modified during the course of installation or use by the customer to suit a need. However, opening, disassembling, cutting wires, or otherwise modifying any product in a manner not specified by LED86 or the product brand will void the product warranty. Product instructions and installation guidance should be followed as written.

Customer Satisfaction

LED86 offers a no hassle product satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your product, for any reason, just contact us within 14 days of your purchase and upon return of the product we will either refund or exchange the items with no hassle as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging and no signs of damage.
